Rule 80C
Number of the geographical area of the period of foreign training
If a civil servant goes on foreign training for a period of more than two months at one time or several times, the geographical area of the period of such training shall be assigned to category "D" according to sub-section (5) of Section 24C of the Act. Half of the marks and civil servants who have gone on foreign training for a period of two months or less will be given the same marks as "D" category.
